My consulting method is “hands-on” – I get involved in the essence of the project and not only guide but also ‘do’. Furthermore, it includes loads of coaching (from my side), fine-tuning and knowledge transfer.

The working strategy, methodology and timeframes vary depending on whether you are in the early stages of your business, aiming to grow, or transform and restructure.  

I use market-proven tools and best practices I’ve learned after many years of experience in transforming operations. And I will help you address the resistance to change you will face as you launch new initiatives within your business.
