We all talk about value-driven and customer-centric organizations. With what purpose? To show that a business cares for its customers, their preferences, and expectations.
You have to start with the basics: define your business idea and business model. However, what if you are not sure of what business you want to launch? What if you have a few ideas in mind but doubt which direction to go?
In that case, start by identifying what business you would enjoy doing for a living. Use the Sweet Spot Model.
If you know what business you want, skip this step and get the basics: ‘What exactly do I want to do?’
Define it and if you discover that you might not have the money along the way, put a strategy to get financing. If you feel scattered, use planning tools. Get to know your market and competitors. And don’t feel intimidated when you stumble.
